Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 USD, shown at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. It does not mean your order will arrive within 2 business days.
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact help@oridianlabs.com immediately.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the item and packaging where applicable. Reports are reviewed individually for a refund or replacement, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
