Products offered by Oridian Labs are intended for laboratory research use only.
They are not for human or veterinary use, including consumption, injection, or administration to people or animals. They are not offered as medicines, dietary supplements, food, or cosmetics.
Website information is provided for product identification and research-related information. It is not medical advice, treatment guidance, or dosing instructions.
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use comply with applicable laws and appropriate laboratory safety procedures.
A research-use designation does not override applicable legal restrictions.
4. Accounts
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

5. Product Information
Review the product name, quantity, amount, and description before ordering.
We aim to provide accurate listings, but errors can occur. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. If we cannot fulfill an order and payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Product images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. Images or general descriptions do not establish lot-specific purity, sterility, composition, or testing results. Refer to the documentation expressly provided for the applicable product and lot.
6. Prices and Payments
Product prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are presented during checkout before you submit an order.
You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. Orders are subject to successful payment processing and review for fraud, eligibility, and legal compliance.
Changes to website pricing apply to future orders and do not automatically change a completed purchase.
7. Shipping
We ship from Florida to the 48 contiguous United States.
- Shipping is charged at a $10 USD flat fee per order.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
- Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error; changes may not be possible after shipment.

8. Returns and Order Problems
We do not accept change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders are reviewed case by case for a refund or replacement.
